Hi,
I am planning to sponspor my parents, i came to here in Nove,2004 and started working from may, 2005. I didn't have any pay stubs for before May, 2005. From that time onwards, i am continously working. and i have only one W2 form for the 2005. By seeing W2, consulate can calculate from which time, i am working...etc. As there is too much long period with out working on H1, Is this a problem for getting a visa? ( Actually i thought of my husband become sponspor , but he is trying to move the company, so )
