too much long period with out working on H1

Hi,

I am planning to sponspor to my parents, i came to here in Nove,2004 and started working from may, 2005. I didn't have any pay stubs for before May, 2005. From that time onwards, i am continously working. and i have only one W2 form for the 2005. By seeing W2, consulate can calculate from which time, i am working...etc. As there is too much long period with out working on H1, Is this a problem for getting a visa? ( Actually i thought of my husband become sponspor , but he is trying to move the company, so )

i dont see any major problem.
Even if your husband is moving company, thats not an issue for sponsoring.If you think your husband can sponsor and having all the documents needed that may make your case stronger.
