getting credit card thro DCU

I am very desperate in getting a credit card.I cam to US one year ago still i didnt get any credit card.While trying it in DCU the company needs Some previous member's reference number but i dont know anyone here.What can i do?Could anyone help me?Thanks in advance.

Try Secure credit card also check with the bank u have account with, since its bsen a year for you in this country that bank may give you the credit card.
