Hi,

My parents are having stamping on dec 1st. My husband is on

Green card and i am on H1. Actually i filled the documents

with sponspor as my husband but he is looking for job, so

all the documents are pending, so now i am thinking of me as

sponspor. And i am planning to send these documents in the

novemeber 1 st week as my delivery due date is nov 2nd week.

1. Is chances of getting visa same for Green card and H1

sponspor?

2. As a married person , do i need to send any pass port,

green card of my husband and marriage certificates ...

3. Actually i came to here in nov, 2004 on H1 and started

working from April, 2005. So i have only one W2 form, is

that sufficient?

Yes you can sponosor.
You dont need any document from your husband.
2 W2 are enough
