My I 539 refused. Of 2 - 3 quotes it is also pointed out that original I 94 as required was not enclosed. Successful applicants may say about this item for future optimists. Was due to go on 31st Aug. Fell sick (back pain) in JULY Med advised bed rest.Showing it as one reason sought for extension to spend time with children and take up tours to other parts..Perhaps the reason might have not weighed with norms.I recd notice very late. Finally I left with 45 days over stay.(10 days after receipt of notice)Now any body may throw light on future fate of 10 year( M )visa.Pl.flash your views.

it is amazing how many so-called tourists get "sick" while in the US...but somehow still have the energy to allegedly visit tourist sites or work....and then when they are told to leave the US, they stay anyway, make up more excuses and then worry of their visa privileges (not a right) might be taken away....of course they will....your visa has been electronically cancelled, which you will discover the next time you try to return to the US for "tourism" and a sudden onset of yet another mysterious illness.

Thanks.Just to hear your comments I immediately posted. The visiting parents normally age of 60+ and will enter with existing problems of one or other. Long ride and visits to mountains etc. may give some trouble. As there is a provision to seek extension, with hope of spending some more time with children a request will be made. You have to blame people attempting to stay here even after refusal or take up any work(even like baby sittting). I think visiting to spend with children once an year for 4 - 5 month is reasonable.Hope you agree atleast this view.

I agree with you peace .... No body can judge the situations on others so always we should keep away on such kind of comments.
One of my couleage's parents came by flight from India to New York and His father expired within 12 hours due to unknown reasons . He had no medical problems back home . So best is always try to understand other 's situations.
