Visiting Visa

Hi, I heard about path2usa through one of friend. I am applying visiting visa for my mother.I am unmarried and on H1 B status. As the interview date is somewhere in feb but still I have some doubts which I need to clarify. Well my mother is a widow and I have an elder brother who is working in singapore. I heard some of my relatives got rejected for single parents and that too my brother is in singapore. Well my mom is working as LIC agent. Is there any approach to proceed further.
