Query on Visitor Visa

Hi
Is there any specific period after the stamping within which people having Visitor Visas should enter USA - (ex) If a couple are appearing together for their interview and only the mom is planning to visit their child in the US, but the dad also gets his Visa just in case, will there be any problem with this while they enter USA.? Can one of the couple enter USA after like 2 years from the stamping date if the Visa is valid for like 10 years.

Once you get the visiting visa for 10 years multiple entry, then you are fine. There is no timeframe for your visit as long as your visa is valid.
