Hi all,

Appreciate if anyone can give me some inputs on my situation.

While applying for H1b with the petitioning company I have claimed more experience than I actually have. As such the petition has been approved. Now I have received the papers and I am planning to attend the consulate.

My query is can I remove the fabricated experiece letters and go ahead with my real experience to the consulate ? Will the consulate be in a position to verify what my petioning company has submitted to USCIS ?

Appreciate if any one can share their experience / valuable advise.

Cheers

if ur case goes to admin processing then u may have a issue. i don't like to suggest anything which involves fake docs.

people like u bring disrepute to the so many honest guys who throng to the us consulate for visa approvals.

Note that if you are caught in Administration processing..u will be refused visa under 214(A) which makes u permenant ineligible to enter USA.

Pls dont fake expereinces!!!

I think it is a valid point..most people have gaps
in careers..and sometimes for no fault of theirs
eg; layoffs, wrong match or brawl with employer(eg; not
getting paid, etc..

Now, u cant put parttime work eg; worked at Mac-D's
for 3 months before i got next paycheck.

So be considerate..This affects a lot of people
& i feel the rt way to do this is just give
H1B for each firm or show company id card's to
prove you worked there..
Bear in mind that individual many times has to
move between fields/subfields..and it isnt convienient.
