Murali and Simran Pls help---Marital Status

I am going for the interview very shortly. I have 10 years Multi entries B1 Visa and last year I visited USA for 1 month at client location. When I was appeared for B1 visa interview, I had mentioned Marital Status : married in Ds-156 form, but actually still I am not married.(I had changed my Marital Status due to my company asked me for this because that time, numbers of visa had been refused for my company, due to this I was changed my Marital Status.) Now I booked the interview for H1b. I am confessed, whether I will mention married in DS-156 form or unmarried.

1.> suppose if I mention un-married in DS-156, will they people compare my old DS-156 form with new One. 2.> if I mention married and in future when my would be wife will appear for H4 visa interview, Shall she get visa or not. Please advice.

hi..then what you have mentioned your spouse name??false inoformation will create problems.

u have created a mess. yes they do have ur old records. now if u say unmarried then u have to explain ur old form. if u don't say and later get married and def ur marriage date will fall after 2006 or so. i will suggest u to consult ur company immg attorney.
