Hello Guys

I am planning to send my documents to mumbai consulate tomorrow.

Mumbai consulate expects below documents minimum of 5 working days before:
1. DS-156 in original signed and with photo affixed.
2. DS-157 in original.
3. Additional Questionnaire in original.
4. Photocopy of the Notice of action (Form I-797).
5. Photocopy of passport data pages (1st and last page).
6. Photocopy of the passport pages bearing “Observation” or “Remarks”.
7. Photocopy of Interview appointment letter.
8. Original HDFC fee receipts (Yellow copy).

Item 4, Photocopy of the Notice of action (Form I-797), do i need to send only I-797 or I-797 and I-129??

Please help me

You don't need to send I-129. However you must carry original I-797 and I-129 at the time of interview. Hope it helps.
