My doubt is do we need to carry original tax retuns of the US employer?
I got only xerox copies of Tax returns and w2 forms from them.
Is it enough?

photocopies (w3 and w2 forms) will do the needful for the CO.

I successfully got my H1B VISA at chennai consulate on 28th Sep.
I will post my experience in the experiences section soon.
