H4 Visa

I am going to chennai,India during novemeber and getting married
and find all slot in chennai consulate during that period is full ,
Is it possible for me to get Emergency slot to get H4 Visa and if so how to get emergency slot or i need to go thru regular slot

pleas help me on this issues and what are all questions will be asked for H4 Visa
