Time required to get approved docs

Hai Guys

Please tell me how many days are required to get the approved documents from USCIS-->My US Employer-->My India Employer-->TO Me.

My case is approved on sept 15 friday and my appointment date is on oct 6 friday.

Please help me.

Your post is not very clear. Which visa are you applying for, when is your appt, which documents were you referring to? Please provide more details so that senior members on this board can help..

I am talking abt H1B.

I already menctioned my appointment date ie October 06, and approved date ie September 15.

Actually the appt date and approval date will be the SAME for tourist visa applicants. Since this board is mainly for tourist visas, I did not understand why you provided two dates in your original post.

I do not know much about recent H1B procedures. I hope others with experience will get back to you. I wish you good luck!!
