H1 Papers to be taken for Visitor Visa Interview

Hi,

I have a question regarding the H1 papers that are required by the parents to take to the interview for Visitor Visa.

I read on this website the only H1 papers required to be taken are I-797 and I-94 copies.

Is it also required to take the I-129 and LCA papers also to the interview or just I-797 and I-94 will suffice?

Chetan,

only 1-797 will suffice.

I-94 is not H1 document it is more related with your entry,you should group it wth passport.

but yes i-797 and i-94 will do. no need of LCA and all.
