One of my friend is holding C1D visa which is Crew Member for passenger cruise/ allowed to work in Cruse/ship only in United States of America and
Date of Issue of visa is 15.4.2004 and Expiration Dated is 12.4.2009 and his planning to work on united states on land.
I 94
Date of issue : 09/14/2006.
Date of Expire :10/13/2006
He did Masters in diploma in Management with good computer skills. Is there any possibilities for getting legal visa like hot job visa, b1 visa, or even student visa etc., he is interested in paying fees to u.s. government Please suggest me in this concern.
