I'm inviting my wife's parents. When writing the letter to the consulate and to the visitors, should I write it or should my wife write it or should we write such that both of us can sign it? The templates given on path2usa are addressed to the parents. I'm the sponsor (signing i-134, etc.).

2. My wife is on EAD (h1/h4 already expired). What should I write in DS-156 Q 37? It's neither h1 nor gc. Can I write "Resident, EAD"?

3. Do I have to take DS-156 from both vfs and evisaforms.state.gov? Could somebody please confirm?

thanks

1. You can write both of your name at the bottom of the letter, you dont need to sign.

2. the status is AOS. ( Adjustment of Status). so write "AOS"

3. You should take as per VFS. The one who has been aksed to bring from evisa state, website those are special cases where consulate asked hem specifically to get the new forms from evisaform ..web.
