Dear Murali/Sr.members...,
My parents travelled with my wife and Kid yesterday(20-Sep-06) to Chicago.My wife is on H4 and my kid is a US Citizen.my parents are in B1/B2 (Tourist) visa.
Actually all of them passed thru immigration(stamped by a same person).My wife got a I-94 Stamp as per my H1B expiry(01-OCT-2007) and my father got a stamped I-94 until 19-Mar-2007 but for my mother they wrote I-94 admited on B2 but until stamp (date for how much period to stay) is not stamped(on the I-94 as well as Immigration seal on her passport).
But the Immigration officer told you have admited for 6 months. I would like to know is there any way i can go/approach any body in USCIS to get the Admited date UNTIL stamped (or) there are no issues.
Please help me and guide me sir.
