DS 156, 157 froms

i'm trying to take an appt for my mother. i filled the S-156 application form and saved the form. again when iclick on modify retrieve button all the info i entered on the 156 form got deleted and now i couldn't modify Q1-Q14. also i couldn't see 157 form.
pls advise

IF the applicant is over 55 you may not see DS157 and Q1 to 14 in DS156 are non editable
