Hi,

We are two sisters and both of us are here in US. I am here for the last 6 years and my sister came here last August for her MS degree. My parent's visa appointment is on the 24th of January 2007.

I have one question regarding the visa appointment.

1. My father is still working and he has all the required documents from his company for the visa process. He has 4 more years before his retirement.

Would the fact that he is still working and the documents from his company be enough reason for him to convince the VO that they would be coming back to India, or are is there a good chance for them to be considered potential candidates to settle here and rejected visa??

Is there anything more they can do to convince the VO, that they will return back to India????

My father has 9 siblings and all of them are in India. Would that be a good enough reason that they will get back to India, if we can show their photos???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks alot.

Yes, being in job is surely a good reason to show strong ties abck to home country.
Your father's siblings won't have any impact in such matters.

Interview is the key for such cases to make sure he is well prepared for the ineterview and carry all the doicuments along with Property, investment etc.
