Question 37
Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship? Mark YES or NO and indicate that person's status in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, studying, working, etc.)
I need the help on the question in DS 156 form. My husband is sponsoring for my parents and i am working too. We both are on H1 visa, but we don't know what should be answer for this question. Any help on this greatly appreciated. We are week away from the appointment date.
