query about H1B

Hello,

This is rakesh.I got query about H1B application.do I need masters degree to apply for H1B?.now i am in u.k and i got masters from college not from university as my visa expires in 2007 feb i would like to apply for H1B in april 2007 from INDIA..

So plz guide me. can i process my application with masters from college ?Will it effect my visa approval? I got bachelors from MADRAS university(2000-2004) and 8 months of experience .I have been in U.K from 2005 FEB

you need only 16 years of Education.means 3 Bach Degree +1 year diploma or
Master Degree for H1B.Dosnt Matter college ,institute or University
