(1) Parents living in India can be claimed as dependent ?
(2) Any exemption on stillborn baby ?

#1.Parents living in India cant be claim at Dependent.
#2.If u mean "Yet to born?" baby ..No

regarding #2
IRS publication 501 describes the criteria that must
be met by a person to be claimed as as dependent.
Unfortunately, "stillborn child" has been specifically
excluded. See page of 9 of that document.
