Letter from current employer

Hi ,

Is is mandatory to have experience letter from current employer while applying for H1B petition ?

My Current employer might not give a letter stating my proof of employment while I am still working with them , they do give it once you leave the company . But I cannot leave my employer untill I get H1B .

could anyone please help me with this , how can you obtain the letter from you current employer while still working with them and more importantly is it needed to process the petition ?

I only have offer letter , joining letter from my current employer and pay slips , would it cause any problem ?

and do you need photographs of office premises of your current employer ?

No, its not mandatory to have exp letter from employer but its better to have. This way u will face less Q, if ur role and responsibilities matches with the LCA this it will be easy for CO to issue a visa. Also CO may ask u some more Q about ur current job.

No, u don't need photos of ur current empl premises.

From the current employer expereince nor reliving is not required BUT

you should get

1) offer letter
2) appointment order
3) pay slips ( lat 3 - 6 months )

Photos are required from the current employer this is what given in the consulate site , if i am u i will take them
