No W-2; On H1B; how to file taxes

[pleasehelp]

Hi, I was out of project almost whole year in 2002 but my company kept my h1b. But I don't have a w-2 and now I am getting a new project thru different company.

My problem is how to file tax return for 2002 without w-2.

Am I in legal trouble?

I will appreciate if anyone can give any suggesions.

you cant file tax without the W2. Talk to your emploer who had yr H1B.
