H4 visa queries_help needed

I have my H4 visa date in october.My queries are:

1.The address and phone number of my Husband at U.S that we had given in DS156 and DS157 forms at the time of taking the appointment date have changed .Is it possible modify address in the forms now and how do I modify it?

2.Apart from visa issuance fee DD is there any other DD I need to carry ?Do I need to carry the VFS fee DD also?

3.Do I need to take more photographs other than the photo in the DS156 form?

It would be very helpful if you help me with with these queries.

1. No absolute need, however I think you can modify the form online until 2 days before the appointment so try if you can correct the info.

2. I belive the VFS fee mus have been paid via HDFC? you have to carry the visa issuence fee draft only.

3. Yes, you marriage photographs.

Also, i think u need to do some home work and read more abt what is requried and what is not.
