Do we require Project Details

Hello,

Could someone Please help me on this?

I have my visa interview in some time and I have received all the documents from my employer except for the following

Tax papers of the company
Project/Client Details
W2 of all Employees

How essential are these? I do not know about the rest but i feel and as i have read various interview experience posts that the consulate people generally ask about the Client/Project Details.

I expressed the same concern to my employer for which they have given a letter saying that intially I will be at the primary location of the Employer itself and undergoing induction and training and stuff.

Kindly let me know if this is enough a reason of not having the client/project details. Though this is understandable that without our being here how can the employer find clients for us. Sometimes such an arrangement does not work. Please let me know some useful information on the above.

Such documents are not mandatory and depends on the case by case basis, you may or may not be aksed for these docs.
