I lived it NJ 2 yrs ago, then I moved to Alabama and lived there for 1 yr. My old employer from NJ sent me my pension check last year 2003 they held it for 1 yr. Then I moved to Florida 6 mo ago. I have received a W2 form for NJ, AL, and FL. Does that mean I have to file taxes for NJ also even though I didn't live there last year?? Please help me sort this out. I am confused!!!!

Yes, You should file for NJ state tax also as non-resident.
