Interview Tomorrow- Profession changed from Service to Retired

Hi,
My mom has her interview tomottow at mumbai consulate. When she got the interview scheduled she was working. but now she is retired. She will be carrying her new ds-156 saying she is retired. I was not aware that I can change it on their webiste. Now as the interview is tomorrow. I can't change it on their website.
Will carrying the new ds-156 work?? Does any one have any experience doing this.

Yes it should work don't worry.
Tell your Mom to expalin this to the Offcier and handover the new anc ompleted form, (Only if asked).

Murali,
she has also one error in her form with her last arrival date in the USA. Will it be good if she hand over the new DS-156 just before the begining of the interview explaining that she has 2 errors in the form which she has already submited.

Do they use the new DS-156 if submitted before the interview or they follow the old one?? Will like to get your response as soon as possible as she has her inteview in the morning on 18th august.
