Reschedule appt

i would like to reschedule my parents appt to december. Their current appt
is for september. but i don't see any dates for december. when is the good time to try?

The current availability is only for Feb. All the dates for Dec is taken and you should be really lucky to get a date in Dec. You need to check 24/7 to find a date in Dec if at all somebody cancels.
Do not cancel your appointment if you don't see more than 2 dates available.
