vfs site problem

Hi,

I am trying to find appointment availability at Chennai consulate thru the following link.
https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/frame.aspx

I entered all the info and security code as shown in the image but it shows all the time. I have tried this so many time and but it says "Please enter the code displayed within the image." Why this error? Help!

Did you check the letters? They are case sensitive. Try this and see is that helps. Good luck
