Hi all
my mother has visa appointement in feb. neither my dad or my mom has any bank account , house or property on their names. My brother who is 22 has 12 acres of land in his name. Can my brother provide affidavit to my mother for this land???????? if so this affivadit should be given by the lawyer or CA??? and what is the format of the affidavit.........we don't have any other strong family ties other than my sister(who is married) and my brother studying:(
