Parents Visa processing

Hi, I have a question. If I start visa processing for my parents now, I would also have to give a company letter(where I am working currently). Now, if I get their visa & then join some other company, what would the procedure? Would the visa need to be reprocessed or would I need to submite letter from my new employer? Please advice.

Not at all. Once they get their visas, they require no further papers from you. They are free to visit the country with just their valid visas.
