Mentioned wrong DOB in DS-156 and visa interview is on 18th Aug.

Hi,
My parents has visitor visa interview on Aug 18 th at Mumbai consulate. We already sent docs(DS-156 etc) to consulate but today only realized that my father's DS-156 has wrong date of birth (different from Passport). Consulate will be close on 15th so We could not speak to them so what should we do in this case?
Should we will correct DS-156 form and submit on day of interview?

Yes you may, alternatively prepare another form with corrected informtion and take it for the interview and give it to officer telling the fact.
