View Full Version : Can I-94 stay extend beyong visa validity?

Parents' 1 yr tourist visa expires in April 2007. Can they enter US in (lets say) March 2007 and be granted a 6 month stay at the Port of Entry? Or would they not get an I-94 stay beyond April 2007?

They might get I94 beyond the expiry of the visa. ( Not Guaranteed
Though)
Now whether it will be 1 month or 6 months? it is up to the officer at POE.
