DS157 Question for New H1 from India

i checked on the vfs site there is no date available before jan 07 in mumbai
is there any way to get app early?

Hi,

My friend's brother will be appearing for H1 stamping for 2006(h1 is applied by uS company).In the DS157 form for the questin "Any relatives in USA".. what should he answer.

My frined is in US and he successfully sponcered visiting visa for his in laws.
Should the DS157 for H1 to be filled with.. YES & BROTHER.. or it is recomended for 'NO'

Please advise.

its always advisable to say truth on the immg forms. otherwise if found u lied on it, u will be banned from entering usa

The dates are advertised as they become available. Some people may give up their dates before Jan 2007. Keep a lookout, it is the only way to know if some dates free up.

The dates are advertised as they become available. Some people may give up their dates before Jan 2007. Keep a lookout, it is the only way to know if some dates free up.

The dates are advertised on the VFS site. If an early date is available you will see it on their calendar. This is just an observation but dates move very fast, and VFS permits you to store you application online only for 7 days at a time. You will have to check very regularly and maybe you are lucky.

By the way there is also a new software called VFS monitor. Trial is free for 24 hours. See if this will help.
