What is to be done when.....
A car is backing out from a parking space,and moce forward. Apparently,at that time it so happened that its corner touches another car and the other car has suffered a dent(not so major).
Actually the driver of the car that is backing(in reverse gear)has looked back and ensured that there is nobody behind before starting to backup. The other car driver is coming forward and wanted to park in a parking slot that is in the opposite row and 3 slots to the right of the backing driver's slot. The car that is backing is out of the parking slot and ready to move forward. Then the driver heard a thud and found the other car behind.
Who is at fault and what is to be done ?
