Hi all,
I am new to this website. please help me in giving some important info about the visa stamping in Canada.
My situation here is little different.
My H1 stamp got expired 3 yrs ago and later I sent both for h1 and h4 visa stamping in US when they were doing visa stampings. (2yrs ago) in St. Louis.
They sent me back all the docs without having the visa stamped and was sent to me back on the date when the stampings are last in US.(July 16th 2004) where even I don't have a chance to resend them again.
221(g) saying right now we cannot move forward with your case and you need to go to overseas to a consulate office for a personal interview.
only that message, no more reasons.
And in the Passport , they stamped as " CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE" on the H1B and H4 page in the passport.
So my question is : is it ok to go to Toranto for getting the H1 and H4 visa stamped or will there be any problems.
and will that be considered as rejection.
