Hey guys,

I need help, I'm going to visa stamping to chennai.... I'm currently in US and I'm working for Company "A", and Client "D". D is not direct client for A... the exact structure of our contract is as follows.

A-->B-->C-->D

so between my employer A and Client D there are 2 more layers... does this has any effect in my stamping... If so Do I need to take any letters from B and C photos of them or something else pls suggest me... Also pls suggest me what kind of questions I might be asked about B and C...

Do not talk abt B and C unless asked. Carry letter from A and D.

why talk abt. B & C?

I'm back with my H1 visa stamping at Chennai...

I was very much cautious after reading various experiences from different people.... so I had collected all the possible letter as listed below

File 1 : Mandatory requirements
1. 797 original
2. 129 attested from my attorney
3. DD (2400 INR)
4. VFS receipts (HDFC)
5. Passport (old and new)
6. Education Evaluation certificates

File 2 : Experience and Degree cretificates

File 3 : additional documents
1. salary slips (past 3 months 6 total)
2. utility bills
3. past 3 months bank statements
4. photo copy of us driver license
5. SSN
6. passport copy of all pages

File 4 (Extra)
1. Additional salary slips
2. Additional Bank Statements
3. Marriage certificate
4. Employer photos (infrastructure)
5. Client Photos (individuals)
6. Letter from Client
7. Letter from Employer

I had morning appointment at 8:45, went at 8:15 they let in at 1 hour batches...

after screening they let me sit inside
then they took index finger prints
later they asked me to stay for consulate interview....

the VFS was very coordial and very supportive right from security till consulate... they guided each and every stages without any problem...

my consulate interview went like this..

vc : what is ur education
me : engineering (bachelors)
vc : who is ur client
me : A
vc : is ur wife coming with you
me : yes another appointment at later date
vc : everything looks fine.... you can pay dd at counter 1

paid and walked out....
