how tomodify ds156 after taking an appointment

Hi
I took an appointment in jan for my mother,while filling the form ds156 i entered NA for the surname(as we have not mentioned anysurname in the passport).Now its written in the application as MY moms name******NA.how do i change this,,,
can anyone please help me out?

Go to 'modify appointment'. give necessary details like name, passport number, hdfc receipt number.

the next page will show the link to DS-156, 157 and petition details. click on 156 link and it will take you to modify page.

Hi,
thanx for the input,I tried doing that but certain fields like passportno, name ,dob etc we can't change,, only add& phone no we can change.
what shloud i do now?

Hi gayatri,

You cannot edit the passport details. All you can do is cancel and rebook the appointment.
