Hi guys,
Here is my situvation :
I completed my masters in Germany and got stamped for H1B in germany it self .After coming here i transfered my H1 and got visa till 2008.But my visa is going to expire in June 2007 on my passport.So if I want to go for the Visa Revalidation in next year,
Can I get it done in Canada/mexico or I have to go to for the country to get stamped ..bcoz when I am entering first time here I dint get stamped in home country (India).So what i heared is atleast once (2nd time)i should get stamped in home country.So i cant go to mexico/Canada ,How far it is true?
