Mother's Visitor Visa Duration

Dear All,
My mother got 1 year visitor visa after 2 denials this year. I want to find out about how she can get her next visa sanctioned. This time the reason was US visit. what will she say next when she wants to visit me again. I need some advice on this issue

B2 visa is for Tourist purpose and next time also the reason can be same.
