Hello All!
I am trying to graduate in spring 2007.I heard that the students who graduates in spring has less time to apply for H1 i.e as student graduates in May 2007 H1 visas allocated for students will be finished for that year by july so there will be less time for applying for H1 if he wants to apply for next following year i.e 2008 he will be out of status as his OPT period will be over by May 2008 and he will be out of status from May 2008-JUly or august whenever he applies for 2008 H1 period....so i wanna know when can students graduating in spring can apply for H1.........
