Hi All,
If any one can give me an input, will really appreciate this.

I have Bachelors from India and upon evaluation with one of the Agency's in USA,I still need one year worth of credits to obtain Bachelors degree in USA.(since I have 15 years of education as opposed to 16 yrs required in USA).

I have following qsn
1) Can I apply for my H1 based on my bachelors in India(I do have one PG diploma and also one year of high school Diploma apart from 15 yrs of regular education.Six months of graphic design course.I also have 2 years of real work experience.)

2) With above mentioned background ,am I okay to work in QA tester type of field and apply for H1?What are the chances of getting H1?

Please if any one has similar experience/background ,do let me know.Any other suggestion?

Thanks

for h1b purposes 3 years of experience is considered equal to 1 year of education. u wld need to show an additional year of experience.
note that the current year's cap has been reached

Thank you very much for the information. Do you have any idea about the training and placement in QA Software Testing field?
