The date of first travel after visitor visa stamping

Hi folks,

My in-laws got a multiple entry visa stamping in November 2005. They have never visited the US before.

Could someone let me know if there is any rule about the period, once after the stamping has been done, within which the first travel has to be made ?

My in-laws want to visit us during the end of July'06. Are they good to go?

There is no stipulation like that; as long as they travel out within the validity period of their visa.
