Multiple entry stamping for a new H1-B while the current case is in review??

Thanks very much for your response, ronline.

I have been talking to a couple of employers who are coming up with so many different answers.

What would the situation at the consulate be when I go for the multiple entry stamping with a new H1-B under the ADE quota while the previous case is still pending with them?

What will be the possible risks in doing so?

Since these are separate petitions I don't think the pending petition will cause any issues.
U need to make sure u have all reqd docs for the new employer.
