Time of the interview

My parents got one slot for the interview ie around 3 pm .

Will they go to the window together for their interviews?
How does it go?

I was thinking I could suggest them to carry 2 folders (respective ones) for the interview ,if are interviewed separtely.

If its a group appointment and have the same appointment slot, they will be interviewed together at the same time.
