I-134 dependents column

Hi

I have applied visitors visa for my parents. I have a question reagrding I-134. column 8 which states"following persons are dependent on me...."

1. we have a baby born 6 days back. I think we have to mention her name also?; including new baby I have 4 members depending on me, but in the form it has only 3 columns to fill in.
pdf form doesn't allow me to add 1 more column.

Please advice.

Jus put the 3, in available space.
leave the new baby details, its OK.
