PAL and NTSC compatible Camcorder

Are any of the camcorders available in USA compatible to both PAL and NTSC?

I think NO. Now a days it is wise to go for a NTSC camcorder because in India you can play it on any TV. All new indian TVs are now multi system

PAL cmacorders are expensive.
IF you want to usa it india, you may still use the NTSC as all the TVs now support NTSC playback in India.

There no camcorders which records in either PAL or NTSC!!! Ifor now) might be if few like you recommend they might be a possiblity.
