Visitor visa interview date prepone-Help

Hi All,

I have booked my parents visa interview on 19th december through online in Chennai consulate.And I am pregnent and due date is in Jan 2007. Because of this I want my mother to be here in november.So please help me or let me know how to get visa interview date at the earliest. And Since in online it is not allowing to book the interview appointment in kannada,do they(consulate) help my mother to take interview in Kannada if I book visa interview as in English?.

u can request a translator at the time of interview, but there is no guarantee that u get one unless u book the appt in ur local lang. Some people gets it and others not..

It is better not to change the current appointment. Many people are still waiting to get regional appointment slots.

And also, consulate might provide translators and many times they do not if you have not booked for regional language slot.

So, it is better to take appointment in your regional language.
