Visitor visa for mother who does not have any property or a strong reason for ties

My mother is scheduled to visit US Counslate in October. She is a widow and her only source of income is her pension. She lives with my elder sister and her family. She does not have any property on her name nor a strong banck balance or fixed deposites in her name. She does not have any one dependent on her. So how can she justify that she will return back to India after her stay in US ? Please suggest me what to do in this situation ? The interviewing officer might think that since she doesnot have anything binding on her to return, she might just stay back in US with her daughter. I am on H1 status. What should we do to convince that she will certainly return ? I really want to get my mother once to show in US since she never had been out of her state in her life time.

Your concern and qeustions are valid, however each case is different and consulate officer makes thier judgement based on on overall situation.
Search in this forum and you will find such cases got approved. Interview is the key so prepare her well for interview.
